I had come home to my top lock on my front door to be completely dead and no way to get into my house. I called River Region Locksmith and Security and they came out within 15 minutes! They were so professional and so nice. I would highly recommend using them!
I am beyond impressed with the service we received from River Region Locksmith!! Our food truck trailer lock was jammed and we were in a panic. They arrived promptly and was incredibly patient as he worked through the issues with our lock. His expertise was evident as he carefully troubleshot the problem and implemented a solution.
Not only did he fix the existing lock, but he also provided recommendations to prevent future issues. His dedication to customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend river region locksmith. I went in to have a copy of a key made. They stopped what they were doing and made a copy of my key. Fast and efficient. I tested the new key when I got home and it worked perfectly. Very affordable.
