Technician came out quickly after paying $125 service call. Applied to finance new AC unit on Sunday, called 9:30am Monday to check status, and told that I would receive a call back shortly. Called back at 3:30pm, finance manager gone for the day and no results. I then called another company, they came out Monday for free, got approved for financing and air installed Thursday morning. Finally received a call back on Friday morning for financing but iCool was no longer needed. Had to use another company and got my air installed before even receiving a call back from iCool (Chads AC Direct).

The folks at iCool went above and beyond to find a chase to hide the pipes for our new mini split unit. They were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be calling them for future HVAC work, and would recommend them to a friend.Service: Install AC
