I found the company quick to respond to provide me an estimate. Once I was placed on the schedule the team came out and completed my roof repair quickly and professionally. Since then we have had several heavy rains and I have not seen any more leaks over my poatch area that was repaired! I thought the price was reasonable.

We had our entire roof replaced by I AM Roofing in April 2024 and they did a fantastic job, highly recommend. I had water damage in the garage where I could see water streaming down the wall when it rained. I had other water damage in another part of my house. During the roofing process (which took 2 days), they discovered another part of the roof that was leaking, and looking inside I found more water damage. Ever since they replaced the roof, I don't have any more water coming into the house or garage. They also covered my pool with a huge tarp to avoid anything from falling into the pool, and cleaned up 99.9% of the nails and debris from around the entire house... read full review
