This facility has the same atmosphere as the eye care facility I used to visit when I was a kid. Not the most up-to-date facility, but the front desk staff is great and my prescription was on point.

I highly recommend Hour Optical— Prattville and Montgomery locations! The staff served me well. The staff was thorough, professional and cheerful. I walked in with a broken set of eyeglasses in hand and after 15 minutes, I left wearing my frame in new lenses!! Wonderful people doing a good job. Thank you!

Very friendly and quick customer service! Just took 30 minutes for my son's new lenses to be put into his existing frames. I think I am going back there soon to get myself some new glasses. ?
