“I have been using Dr. Golden's Services for almost two decades for all of our pets (cats and then dogs). We use them for boarding, day care, grooming, and medical services. They have been consistently friendly, welcoming, professional, and talented. We have never had an issue with them, including with payments, procedures, or pickups. They have been flexible with us when we ended up not being able to pick the puppies up on time, and our dogs are always incredibly eager to visit for boarding and daycare (and happily exhausted when we pick them up)! Everyone knows my husband and I by name, and they love our dogs and are excited to see them when they come in. I cannot more highly recommend them and their business.“

“Took my schnauzer in today to be spayed. Best vet facility I have ever been to in Montgomery. The employees were all very kind and all interactive with my dog. The front desk area was organized and they were ready for patients the moment they unlocked the doors. They brought me back into an exam room and the vet tech who came to speak with me was so kind and professional. Communication was great. The facility is beautiful and the layout / color scheme is very welcoming which is a wonderful and thoughtful touch... didn't feel like a white washed hospital. Blown away by the amazing service received here today.“

“Thank you to Dr. Steven Sirmon and his team who just brought my cat "Joy the Boy" back to life again yesterday. Dr. Sirmon goes above and beyond, spending extra time to balance medication. “My 5-year old cat Murray became very ill and Dr Graydon referred me to Carriage Hills where, after months of testing and evaluation (including, at my request, a totally worthless appointment at Auburn), the fantastic Dr Van Hooser was able to diagnose and determine successful treatment. Dr Graydon spent hours on the phone with me and with Dr Van Hooser, following everything about Murray's treatment. She cared about him and took the time to comfort me and be by my side through all those terrible months. She has cared for my two cats since they were 10-days old. They are my world and I am so grateful to have her.“

“Dr. Golden is the best and kindest vet i have ever known anywhere in the country! He has taken care of 3 Great Pyrenees amd two ragdolls for me. I take my dogs for vet services and for the best doggy daycare. Dr Golden often recommends lower costs natropathic or OTC products when other vets have recommended more expensive services and prescriptions. He has a heart for animals and people. His ENTIRE staff is amazing. The daycare staff are respectful, observant, and clearly love the dogs. I have seen them help older owners unload dogs out of their cars, and they create a very positive experience for the dogs. My dogs canf wait to see their friends, and love coming to the vet. Ive gotten training recommendations, and the staff are observant of behavior issues and doggie friendships. What's nice is if i need to drop a dog off for routine vet service, they can go to daycare during the day as well. I am able to work rest assured my pets are in the best hands.Dr. Harris is the second vet on staff and is also too notch! A great clinician that remembers each pet patient and parent. I never feel rushed, and all of my many questions are answered. My wishes regarding vaccinations and other things are respected.The prices are very reasonable, and the staff will call and text during the day to confirm potential charges and to affirm my agreement to move forward, so there are never any surprises.They phone app worls well on iphone and android, and it helps me to track all of the medicarions, vaccines for each of my pets.One of my cats had severe pancreatitis, and after doing all that could be done in office, Dr. Golden recommended Auburn University vet school's internal medicine practice, and even got my cat an emergency appointment when it would have taken months for me to get her an appointment there.One of my puppies died, and during his illness one Dr. Golden's vet techs actually took my puppy into their home during the weekend to ensure he could get the syringe feeding he needed, when I had been praying for help because it was too hard for me to do. Dr. Golden actually kept my puppy on the last nigh of his life. When he passed away they honored my wishes on a particular request for the paw imprint. The office mailed me a condolence card that was signed (with personal messages) from the entire office. That experience ouched me deeply. On a happier note, Dr. Golden has literally saved the life of 3 of my pets. After every visit they text to check on their patients, which I appreciate.Last, the front desk staff are always pleasent and professional. They also know every pet and pet parent, and create a great first and last impression for every visit.I cannot say enough good things about Golden Animal hospital, and have recommended then to neighbors and family members. My pets are my heart. I dont know where i would be without Dr. Golden and his amazing team.“

“Friendly Staff, Great Doctor. Multiple payment options. Get approved for care credit (credit card for medical/vetrinary/dental care) or get approved as long as you have a bank account in good standing and no bounced checks.They were able to treat my cat very quickly when I was scared he might have a blocked urethra (very dangerous for male cats). Doc said he wasn't block, got him to release his bladder almost immediatly. Took him for observation and further treatments. Can't ask for better care.“

“When I go to the vet, like anyone else, it's a very stressful event. Unfortunately for me, I also have schizophrenia and the amount of stress causes me to struggle to think straight and make the best decisions. It's to the point that most people will assume I am on drugs. Working with this veterinarian clinic has helped tremendously when my baby boy's health issues occur.The wonderful, friendly staff explain things in a manner I can understand and repeat as needed. Not only are the staff great, but when I go to this clinic, I know its going to be affordable. Other clinics I've used will basically hold your pet as ransom to pillage your wallet. Not stressing about extremely high prices is a feeling that can't be put into words!It's been such a positive experience that it's not quite as mentally crippling. “There is no 50-star option but EMAH deserves at least that. Every person we have interacted with has been so sweet to our baby boy, Maverick. He gets excited when he knows he is going to see Jade, Jasmine (spelling?), Brittany and all the other people who make EMAH incredible. Reasonable prices, a high quality of care, and wonderful customer service. Getting nails trimmed, baths and all vaccinations, shots, and meds all in the same place our fur baby gets to play with friends while we are at work.“
