I have used Tower Loans three times and each time they were able to help me get my last minute emergencies settled. The whole staff is friendly and helpful but I love to work with Carol because she has so much skill & her personality is great! They all go the extra mile with customer Service!

I have been to two Tower loans and the one in Phenix City did a great job with customer service. They greet me every time I come in to pay on my girlfriend's account. They were friendly, down to earth, and professional at the same time. The manager stay smiling and willing to answer any questions I asked. Even though I did not get approved for the loan she made me feel like it was ok to try again another time when I got my credit right. And the staff always knew how to make people smile.
