The receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. The nurse and Dr Gentry was extremely professional and nice. Everyone on the entire staff made my daughter and I feel welcomed and confident that we were in good hands. Kudos the the entire staff @ Peachtree Immediate Care.
The office staff was nice. She got us checked in as quick as she could. We had an appointment at 1:20 and we were out by 2:30. My daughter had strep again he didn't think the meds got it all the first time. She had a bad headache from it and he sent meds and told them to fill asap. I was able to get meds and get her better quickly. So far this am she is much better! Overall they were as quick as they could be with all they had to do to make sure she got what she needed.
The care I received, even without insurance was excellent. While it was a bit costly, they went above and beyond to make sure that o got what I needed to clear up the cough I came in with. The price was worth it at the end of the day!
The NP also took it upon himself to help get some meds that I had run out of, refilled. I’ll definitely recommend them moving forward.
