I always like to deal with Katie, she has always been very nice and I trust what she is telling me she has been there for years and years. Very good Christian lady and I found her very easy to communicate with.

I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service! I purchased at a different company in the past but Factory Flooring was much more attentive to my needs/wants, not trying to oversell me and all around friendlier than other places. Thanks to my realtor Meosha Miller for finding this place for me

I need to replace some flooring at our rental property and Factory Flooring was able to help with all my needs. They have a very wide selection and the prices are really good. Christie, I think that was her name, was super helpful and an amazing lady. Thank you for all your help.
