Dennis uses the time and effort needed to make sure the carpet is left a dry as possible, thus allowing the carpet to fully dry in a minimum amount of time. William makes sure that all stains are pretreated and furniture, household items are moved with the greatest of care and blocked up so wood items don't touch the damp carpet.
