“After taking a direct lightning, strike my air conditioning unit and other household items quit working. I called Surfside heating and cooling and they were at my door the following morning at 7:50 AM. They got my system working after a few short hours they were very professional, courteous and expedited, my cooling as quickly as possible since we were having heat advisory days at no end. A few weeks later because of the same issue my AC completely stopped working. Therefore, I had to replace my entire system. They were out immediately to install my new system. Everyone who has served me from the office staff to the field Staff has been completely professional, courteous and friendly, and made sure all of my needs were met I received a very fair price on all the work that I’ve had done. They even offer a 10 year parts and labor warranty at a minimal cost so I don’t have to worry about my AC or heating for 10 years. I also had them install a UV light in my system to prevent mold and allergens in my home.They keep you in the communication loop via phone calls and text messages which was very helpful and they answered my calls quickly.
