From the time I first made contact with Steven's and Sons I got the feeling of comfort and familiarity. We were able to set a date and time for our job, a total of 13 locks. The guy who arrived was super knowledgeable and was able to explain all aspects of the job. Friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about our safety. Every time we called, they answered. I cannot express my gratitude enough! I called to help w a rental car with the key locked in the trunk-no one could figure it out but Nathan. He was helpful over the phone and we avoided an expensive car tow and key replacement! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Attention please, if your key looks like you’ve been trying to dig a hole in the back yard with it, it’s not the fault of the locksmith from a year ago.. (see example in the next review). There’s only one way to program a key or remote, it’ll work or it won’t. If it’s performing 50% of the time, it’s probably because it’s been dropped, submerged, or thrown off of a building.
