Our online appointment didn’t go through and when I showed up we weren’t on the schedule. They were very understanding and still got us back in about 20 minutes and were very quick. We will definitely come back. Very few tears for my 2 yr old first ever appt, the staff was kind and patient.
Always so nice & very patient with my always terrified & screaming/crying 5 year old. Not because of them, she had a bad experience with a former pediatrician and now is afraid of ALL Dr.’s. I love how they don’t get frustrated and are very gentle & with me very informative. They are Quick as well. No waiting around for half an hour. They have their scheduling & stuff on point! I love them all, & the dentist is so sweet!
The front office lady malashia was absolutely wonderful!! She was so kind, answered all my questions and got my son seen same day! She was very kind, had a wonderful attitude!However, the lady who was the hygienist who worked on my son was very rude, and had no compassion or care with children!
