Good afternoon, my name is Adrianna Gary , I've worked for your company starting March 8th of this year until October 18th . I was sexually harassed on numerous amount of occasions and a proper investigation was not taken place . I reported the incidents to Danny in hopes of things getting resolved and it was not and in return matters got worse . I reported it to HR only to find out those same employees are still employed there . When I reported the last incident to Danny the next day I was told to not come in and I've been let go . I was told this by a crew chief Destiny and a fire tech was next to her hy the name of Emily . I was told to ask Jazmine who was my reporting crew chief and she confirmed I was let go or essentially fired by Danny . I tried to speak with him and he was in a meeting so I went to HR instead . I've been racially profiled , bullied , outcasted , sexually harassed , ignored , treated in the worse manner while working for your company and nothing was done about it . I suffered financially and mentally hardships and inconvenienced . Because of being ignored when matters got worse and pushed to the side it made the work place a hostile and unwelcoming invornment . I read the handbook that was revised and republished this year and within days of the first incident and it vividly describes and displays the company Servpro has a zero tolerance for all of the things I've been dealing with and have been through while working there . It displays that sexual harassment is not tolerated and won't be allowed and will be dealt with on the highest level I find that very misleading because when it was me NOTHING was done not an investigation not a sit down with me or the other party . On occasions where I've been mistreated by management nothing was done . I was talked to as if I was a child , ignored , cigarette smoke blown in my face , told to do things with little to no respect at all . I've been disrespected by Michelle and Evan . There are other things I've dealt with as well but it's so depressing and sadden to relive and talk about still to this day . With that being said I am seeking legal action it's disappointing gathering not one person reached out in response to the situation and the complaints I've reported . My life has been altered it has been changed because of this job . I suffer from depression anxiety and barely sleep because of the unwelcoming environment and the people you have hired to over see the teams and facilitate the company . I've reached out to E EOC , NAACP , State of Alabama , Veteran affairs because I am a veteran and a pleather of other representatives who are on board with this matter. I'm reaching out to give you all the opportunity to make things right and come to a resolution of a settlement that will satisfy my pains and suffering and if it is not what is feasible then I will take it a step further with them and involving the media and anyone else who I see fit . I've exhausted all of my resources while working at Servpro to get a resolution and in retaliation I was told I was being fired by Destiny and Jazmine from the desk of Danny Raymond . I have a right to a workplace free of harassment and I was not given that per The Civil Rights Act of 1964's Title VII prohibits. I will reach back out in a week to come to an agreement of a settlement or to move forward with a lawsuit accompanied by an attorney and the NAACP . These are not allegations as your HR department is fully aware of the matter and also Danny . This matter has not been resolved and in the end I'm the only one who's suffering. - Nearly 1075 days trying to get MY HOME REPAIRED! Tornado Damage from 3/25/21! Poor workmanship by all trades! Three (3) completely new roof before the Shelby County could approve the workmanship! This story continues! The chimney was not installed properly causing 3 returns by different company's! Inspector found County Requirements not properly followed. One could have caused a fire in the chimney with 2x4's less and 1/2"s next to the flue! Failed to have the gutters installed properly! They had to be taken down and new ones installed. Scores of commitments to be there to perform work... missed. Four (4) supervisors assigned...over the 1000 plus days! Poor installation of plumbing work....causing more work and repairs! Electrical work - 1st ElectricIan had 27 failures! The LVT work was done so poorly causing them to replace the entire home with all new LVT and padding! This is the oldest open "Job" for Servpro! This is only half the story! It continues!

I worked with JP, Elias, Matt E., and Tyler. All of these guys were professional and treated all of my family with respect. They responded quickly and cleaned up the water damage in a precise manner. I highly recommend this group and will use them again!
