Optimist Heating & Cooling was wonderful start to finish! Tina (I’m terrible with names but I think I’m remembering correctly!) was so sweet on the phone! Jerome even came out a day earlier than scheduled at the end of a full work day! He addressed the issue quickly and thoroughly explained the repairs to my husband. Will definitely be using them again…I just hope not too soon 😂
