Massey Mechanical was assigned by my home warranty company and I plan to continue service with them. They fit me into their schedule on the same day the request was submitted even thought the scheduling lady made me aware that they had a full schedule for the day but she would check in with the technicians to see if they could fit me in at the end of the day. They let me know well in advance of their expected arrival and arrived right on time. The men got to work quickly and had a diagnosis within just a few minutes. Kevin Massey did a great job! He found the problem that was causing the short that kept killing my thermostats when other companies couldn’t (a critter chewed up low voltage wires inside the wall). He showed up in the time window he gave, and explained everything clearly. He also tolerated my better half being a ‘Karen’ on the phone after being exceedingly hot for a few nights when she called early in the morning (possibly before the company was even open). I have been calling on Kevin for all our heating and air needs for at least 3 years and have never been disappointed. He works on our primary residence and rental properties. I like that he always gives us different options that we can choose from based on where we are financially and also that he will fix anything he is able before trying to just sell you a unit. Kevin does great work and is dependable, I recommend would him to anyone.
