“When I called Riverchase Flooring I emphasized that I had a deadline for the installation of the hardwood flooring. I had a special event in a few weeks and if the job could not be completed in time I was not interested in having this done. Steve Kitchens assured me it could be done. They completed the job a week ahead of time. The floors are beautiful. They blend perfectly with my existing wood floors. The employees arrived on time. When they completed the job they cleaned up and left no mess behind.“

“Beautiful countertops. The measuring & installation was quality workmanship. I didn't want a seam in the island so they had a beautiful jumbo slab to fill that desire. Had many options & designs for quartz & granite. Not a big price difference so I chose quartz.
Only recommendation would be more phone or in-person communication. Could have saved time and improved understanding & expectations.“
