I showed Leonard three very different pictures and how he did what he did I'll never know. There are a myriad of reasons I wanted those particular styles or something like that and he made it happen. I've wanted something like this for 20 years; it is such an affirming part of my identity I had no idea was hiding; they didn't bat an eye that I'm afab, just said to tell them what I want, I showed them pictures, and they did. It looks so much more professional but in a fun kind of way so without losing who I am, it has helped my health both mental and physical and so many different areas of my life. They did a phenomenal job and I'm looking forward to my next appointment and becoming a repeat client.
