I made contact with Evans Painting to repaint a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home, approximately 1250 square feet of space. The timeline proposed was one week quoted at a very reasonable price. Evans painting quickly established a good rapport by reviewing what information was publicly available on the residence prior to being able walkthrough the property and using that knowledge to establish an expectation of a scope of work. An inspection of the property further assisted Evans Painting in zeroing in a specific plan of action that was catered to my specific needs. It had been three decades since our house had any up grading done. Evan's painting was hired to paint three rooms and the front door. The worker's attention to detail in preparing the walls for ;sanding, caulking and layers of paint was most professional. Another plus, he came on time, was considerate of our carpet by putting down a cloth covering and was neat/considerate while working in our home. You won't be disappointed with his work. We are completely satisfied with his workmanship. Will recommend to friends.
