Our technician was Jason and I was incredibly happy with the service we received. He came before they were scheduled as they had an opening. He brought another technician with him but cannot remember his name (sorry). They were great at communication, made great suggestions and explained everything. They were kind, thoughtful and fast. The work they did was fantastic, even worked late to get my washing machine going at least even though they couldn’t finish the job until the next day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If we ever need work done again I will definitely be calling them again.
😄Mr.Dans is a model business in offering their customers EXCELLENT service, making sure their customers know exactly what is wrong , what they will do to fix it, and how much it will cost. After expressing my concern that maybe the item they were coming out to fix, wasn't REALLY the issue, and if there was something else wrong, after they tried the first thing, I wouldn't have any money left to fix any more. The manager came out when the crew got there, checked everything and told the crew, ok, go ahead.. They did an awesome job finding the culprit in my old septic system, and I'm up and running again. I compared prices online while he worked, and his price was right on point. Great service, fair price—I’ll definitely call his company again! Also, the job was completed within 4 hours after calling. #Salute
