Amber was compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful they have chosen to offer Aquamation as an option for human remains. My mother had told me years ago that’s the way she wanted to go after watching a documentary on it. My mom passed suddenly and unexpected so we knew what to do. Did not know that Miller was the only place in the state of Alabama that offers it at this time.They let me see my mother before she went in and then let me and my dad observe the process of her going into her long and final hot bath. Thank you Amber and Miller funeral home for this option and for being so kind.

I cannot say enough good things about Miller Funeral Home. They helped my family tremendously during a time of grief. They’re professional, helpful, compassionate, and so much more. It was such a smooth process. They listen to what you what and execute it. I don’t know how they do what they do (seeing grieving families daily), but they do it with such grace, poise, and strength. My family will forever be grateful to Ashlyn and the team at Miller Funeral Home. They’re the best!
