The two young men that came to our house were fantastic! They went right to work on the tankless hot water heater. When they completed their task they went around to make sure the water was getting hot. They also went above and beyond and cleaned all of the faucets, the shower heads and even tightened our bathroom sink faucet handles. John Hearns people have always been great! I can't thank you all enough for your hard work, dedication, keeping in close contact throughout the entire process of the repair, and attention to detail. As a real estate agent, it's hard to find quality companies that are willing to go out to some of the more rural/remote areas and you all have gone above and beyond. Justin was absolutely great in letting me know all the issues and getting them corrected quickly even though the job took longer than we all expected and I greatly appreciate him sending the before and after photos that I needed to send to my seller.
