Our AC went out and I called on Sunday and had a tech arrive within a half an hour and Zack found and fixed the problem promptly, he is a great tech and price was not excessive for the callout on a weekend. I was impressed and bought a service plan.
My 1st use of Island Air after a dismal performance of another AC business. I thought I died and went to heaven. My unit died, they were here within a couple hours, troubleshot, ordered the warranted part and installed it the next morning. All the techs were incredibly professional and friendly. I found my new AC team! Thank you.
