Diana and her team have been a tremendous help with the vacation rentals I manage. They've taken care of tasks like carpet cleaning, upholstery restoration, and water remediation in no time, and their work is truly fantastic!
Jamie and his team did work above and beyond the call of duty for a fairly involved remediation project I had. I was impressed by everything from the good communication to the follow-through and cleanup. I've recommended them to all I know who require remediation services. 5 Stars, Peeps. Across the board.
Emerald Coast has cleaned rugs, tile/grout, and upholstery for me on several occasions. They helped us locate a leak in the wall even cutting the sheetrock so the plumber could make repairs. But recently one of the units in our condo complex flooded sending water in 3 of the stacks from the 12th floor down. Upon arrival they sprang into action getting up water. Inspecting, and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. They continue to check each unit daily. I was so impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic.
