Wonderful Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning: We have a white linen chair and ottoman that were in desperate need of cleaning. We were using a blanket to cover the chair arms because they had gotten so dirty. We had them professionally cleaned last year by another highly recommended company, and they still had dirt and water spots where they tried to clean so I assumed no one could get them clean. Advanced Carpet Cleaning & Restoration came yesterday and I’m AMAZED at how clean my chair and ottoman are. Good as new! HIGHLY recommend!! The carpet cleaning was great as well. Thank you for excellent cleaning and service! I’ll never use another company!!
Hired Advanced to clean my sectional and area rug. They came out the next day and did a great job on the carpet and what I thought initially was a great job on the sectional as well... When I moved is all back into place the daylight from the sliding glass door revealed that there missed spots in multiple places on the sectional. Their customer care team called the next day to check on the quality of the work and I then told them about the missed spots... They sent another tech out the following morning and he removed all of the spots by hand without the extractor!! Shout out to Josh Baugh!!
Was able to get an appointment very quickly. Technician showed up and was able to make my old,worn carpets look great again for a very reasonable price. They will have my business from now on.
