Was rejected today as a patient after waiting 3 weeks for referral to be reviewed. Claimed my primary doctor provided insufficient information. Only found out because I called the office and asked about my progress. My doctor’s office was as surprised and dismayed as I am. Looks like I will have to go out of state (to Atlanta) to get care. Extremely poor service from a local provider.
