“We love the care Dr Newboll gives our cat. However, we boarded him for 9 days while on vacation. The morning before I dropped him off in the afternoon, I left a message for the vet about diabetes care and checks during his stay. After I picked my cat up, I found out that my message was never given to the vet. They did give my cat his current dose of insulin daily while he was there. However, the opportunity was missed for checks and possible better glucose control.“
