I do not live in Alabama, so when my father passed while at a nursing home in Northport, I had to quickly look for a place for cremation. Joe was quick to answer the phone and gave clear pricing, which ended up being much more affordable than other places in the area. They notified me when my father’s body arrived at Wills Funeral Service. Then Val quickly followed up with a phone call and an email with all the relevant forms I needed to fill out. Once that was completed later that week, they overnighted my father’s cremains. Unfortunately, the Post Office lost the package, at no fault of Wills.
