Our AC went out and I happen to see them working in my neighborhood. I stopped to get some information and they decided to just go ahead and come on by. When they needed to order a part they got to it and fixed my air the very next day. I don’t think it was a full 24 hours within seeing them that they had my problem solved. Very thankful for their guys. They could have chosen to ask me to call in and set an appointment before coming over, but they did not wait and got straight to it. Cost was very fair, as confirmed by my dad who also does air in the southeast of the state.
Turner & Schoel continues to excel in their customer service and expertise. Had a problem with my heater and reinstalling my thermostat on 11/11. Was given some great guidance to reinstall my thermostat and to problem solve my heater problem. T&S then sent over a service technician, Brandon, who spent some time to problem solve the issue which was a short in my heat pump system that had caused it to blow a fuse. Brandon quickly solved the problem and restored the heat pump to normal operation. Brandon was an amazing technician and problem solved the issue with great expertise and customer service.
Tony Brown was my main contact and helped me with deciding which unit would be best for us. He was extremely patient with me the 2-3 weeks it took to get everything setup on my end. They removed AC unit outside and in attic (split unit w gas furnace). Guys showed up right on time! Each one of them were so personable and friendly and polite (wish I knew all their names but only remembered John and Brandon B.). They worked hard all day to get this job done. They cleaned up great afterwards. These guys were super professionals! Brandon stayed afterwards to help me get the mobile app up and running before he left.
