Trick Construction & Development

This is not an honest company. Do not give them the initial deposit, it is a SCAM. They quoted me one price as an initial estimate, I agreed to that amount, gave my 5K deposit, after I gave them the 5K, the estimate miraculously increased 100-150k. Also, they could not provide an itemized invoice of what the 5K or the 340K estimate included.

This company is building condos down the street from me and their workers leave a huge mess of food wrappers and bottles and cans every day., I have contacted the owner and it worked for a day and now it is back having trash all over the place. Today in the heat of the day one of the workers had a young child out there playing around construction and cement which is probably against the law and is child endangerment. It is also ridiculous that they start with heavy equipment at 6:30 AM and I understand it's hard but some of us work at night I don't appreciate being woken up that early:
