I’ve been coming to Northcreek Vet since 2024 when my co worker at the time recommended this vet to me because she took her dogs there. I had just moved to this area, just recently been gifted a beautiful dachshund puppy, & she had nothing but positive things to say about the place. I was hesitant because I’ve always heard mixed reviews when it comes to vets and wasn’t sure what to expect. For over 2 years of bringing my baby girl to them for her yearly check ups, vaccines, health related questions & issues, & to have her fixed, they have been nothing but wonderful to her & I during every visit. They work with your schedule, make booking an appointment super easy, they’re understanding when rescheduling is needed, & go out of their way to treat your pet like their #1 favorite client they’ve seen that day. They make you feel very heard and your opinions and concerned very validated. Every single woman that works in there has always been super sweet & friendly and make me feel like I’ve been coming there my whole life and make me feel like they consider my dog as their own when they see her. Very professional but at the same time very friendly and make you feel right at home. Just know that your pet is in good hands here. Mrs. Jones is the veterinarian that my Hazel sees and she is very helpful and knowledgeable about Hazel’s breed and many other breeds. She knows her stuff & goes so in depth with Hazels life style needs and important info I needed to know about caring for a sausage dog. She doesn’t rush the appointments, she makes sure every concern or question is answered and fully explained and understood. Very helpful. Love it there and will always take my pets here. Highly recommend!!! 🙌🏻🩷
The staff was so nice and friendly. They genuinely loved our pets. I know Harlequin enjoyed her visit because she was purring constantly and Mr Bandit loved all the attention.
