I had a unit installed in 2017 with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. My unit was not cooling properly from the beginning. I called numerous times to get them to fix it and no response. I had Craig Comfort fix it and sent them the bill. Clemons did pay said bill, but today my capacitor went out and it had to be replaced. The capacitor went out due to the poor installation, which will cost $1300 to fix. We replaced just the capacitor for $200. Sure would have been nice to have this fixed under a 10 year warranty but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Came out on short notice , had unit going in under 30 minutes ! Fair service charge , local small business doing it right !

I would highly recommend them! They came within an hour of my call and were very nice and professional. Their charges were extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again!
