Our unit went out during/after the ice/snow in this year, Justin and his crew were amazing! They quickly got us set up and put in a new unit. We had an issue with the drip pan once it settled (split unit) and they took care of everything as far as fixing it, and the water damages. Justin checked on us several times throughout the new process and repairs.
AJ came out today for a maintenance check and was so personable & friendly. These guys are competent, friendly, kind and professional, an easy 10/10 recommendation for anyone in our area!

I cannot say enough good things about R&B. I’ve used them for years, and they’ve always been prompt and professional. My unit went out last week and they were at my house within 45 minutes on a weekend after hours to diagnose the problem. They got my new unit installed a couple days later with zero issues. Every employee seems knowledgable and courteous, and special thanks to Colby, Justin and Tyler for taking care of us last week. I highly recommend.
