I was looking to get started with a maintenance plan for my HVAC unit as it’s getting older and I want to keep it running efficiently for as long as possible. I contacted R&B by filling out a form online. I picked the day that worked for me and Jeremy was out within a few days. Great work and super friendly people! I appreciate them so much, and the maintenance plan is worth it to keep things running.
Excellent service. I had another company scheduled to come out. They called and cancelled on me the day of the appointment. I stopped by R and B and they had a tech at my house that same afternoon. They were also a lot less expensive!! I could not recommend R and B more highly. A ++++
Spoke w/Tyler on Sunday 6/22/25 They will send someone tomorrow am. On 6-24 Kyle came @ 8: o’clock and checked my unit. He removed the fan drum and found two pieces paper that was hitting the fan. Removed them and fan works as it should. Kyle was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the situation quickly, he checked my unit for any other problems. We talked about the situation and he suggested I join their yearly maintenance service, which I was interested in and joined. I am very impressed with Kyle and R&B Services in Hartselle. They were fair, helpful, and worked with me to get my system up and running in this 90 degree weather. Thank you R&B.
