It took a bad experience, on my part, to happen into a great experience at EW. 2 times of injuring my shoulder, brought me 2 times to EW and care from Katherine Strong. She is a real Gem and was an awesome therapist to help me recover. She knows the right exercises to prescribe and that made all the difference for me. A truly magnificent coach and an even better person. Although I am ding my best to never have to go back to EW, if I reinjure myself, I will ask for her. I hope she has a marvelous career in this specialty.“

I had a hysterectomy due to uterine prolapse but my pelvic floor never recovered.3-4 months ago my gym partner Shay told me to check out Thrive PT due to my insecurities in the gym. She hooked me up with an apt with Leah and I have never more grateful. I’m noticing a big difference with just 4-5 visits.
