CenterWell Home Health is praised for its wonderful nurses and excellent care. The staff, including therapists and bath aides, are described as kind, attentive, and professional, showing genuine concern for patients. The nurses and PT therapists are amazing, interesting, helpful, and clever. They treat people like they're family instead of just another patient. Everyone treats the clients and their family's with respect and dignity. Clients appreciate the staff's knowledge and willingness to answer questions, as well as their compassionate and skilled care. Overall, CenterWell is recognized for its dedication to providing quality care and support in the community.
We chose Centerwell because of its great ratings! The ratings were correct, only I wish there were more superlatives to describe Moulton Centerwell’s excellent, compassionate, and skilled care. The nurses were on time, but never seemed rushed, answered all our questions, and made themselves available by text or telephone for questions and advice. PT was excellent and right on target to our needs. I will not name our caregivers as I don’t want to omit anyone. They know who they are. The care I received from Lana, Brett, and Haley was amazing. They treated me like family instead of just another patient. Home health care is never fun, but they made me look forward to each visit. Thank you for being so kind and caring!!
Center Well staff is amazing. Everyone treats the clients and their family's with respect and dignity. They treat people like they're family. Would recommend them to anyone.
