J Li's cleaners have been handling my clothes for years. You know what I love? They ask if the date they would like them to be ready works for me. 99.9% of the time that's still plenty fast but this week I needed them a day earlier and it was no problem. No complaints, no eye rolls. Just good old fashioned customer service at a fair price. Definitely recommend.

I will never use another cleners but J Li's to clean my down comforter again. They did a wonderful job. One place I took it before almost ruined it, but JLi's got it back fluffy and it had a fresh clean smell. They are also very kind. Thanks so much J L's!

HUGE plus that they offer same day service!!! I can't stress this enough. I travel for work and I usually only have one day in each town to get cleaning done. I had 7 dress shirts pressed with medium starch, and a suit cleaned in addition to having the rest of my laundry taken care of with their wash and fold service. when I picked up my laundry, I noticed the clothes I had cleaned with their wash and fold service were still slightly damp, I let Jay know and he got it dried and re-folded for me very quickly. (good thing I was staying next door and had a little spare time) Jay was very kind and it's evident that he takes pride in what he does. kudos!
