My #1 reason for using this company is my service technician, Morris Smith! He is very professional and shows up. I considered cancelling my account in the beginning because it was very difficult to get in touch with the company in general. As soon as I was added to his route I had a complete change of heart. Morris always shows up when he says and answers any questions or concerns I may have. He explains everything in detail and gets the job done ! He is a true asset to this company and our community!
Our service man lets me know a day or two before when he is coming. He texts to let us know he’s here. He checks with us for concerns. He is friendly and professional. He lets us know when he has finished. He is also available when we have problems in between appointments.
Bambi Trenier , my representative, is amazing. Always calls/texts before she is there and always calls after the inspection/spray. She is hard-working and a delight to talk with. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the services Terminix offers.Services: Home inspection
