In 2003 we had a house fire and there was a husband/wife team running the Montgomery store then. The wife’s name was Joyce I can’t remember the husband but it was a horrible experience … she was a liar and Joyce lied about everything…including ordering the wrong curtains & telling me that’s what I ordered. I will never forget how they stressed us out even WORSE after our house fire. Overcharged for various services that weren’t necessary. The dry cleaning service for your clothes is a joke!!!
