My 9 year old niece just came here to get her ears pierced for the 1st time and had a wonderful experience!! The staff is awesome! They are so friendly and really helped ease her anxiety for this being her 1st piercing. Love that y’all are right here in Peppertree! Thank you so much for making this experience so fun for us! ?? Coming back to this review 2 years later, my niece showed me how one ear is not evenly pierced, so she plans to have this re-done after allocating time for the hole to close. So, might not be the best place to have piercings!

Inviting atmosphere for children and adults
Requested style: My son is not even two years old and hates haircuts. The stylist was very calm and gave him a clean and smooth haircut. A buzz cut was not possible on a toddler.
The entire shop is amazing! From the playroom where kids play while they wait, to the tv’s, the adorable cars the kids get to sit in. We had wonderful service by Torie! She realized I booked the wrong cut and it being my daughter’s first haircut she switched us to a different package and gave me the sweetest keepsake that I will cherish forever. We will definitely be back.
