Orkin staff was knowledgeable about the product and thoroughly explained the inspection process. I had recently purchased a bait protection plan and have utilized Orkin for years. I have always been pleased with the service. I have seen what termites can do to a house and since I live in a high termite activity area, I cannot afford to let termites damage my house. Been with orkin for about 30 years. Termite bond. Glad to once again have an agent that is the same every year. Kyle from the Montgomery office is very knowledgeable in the business, very punctual, polite and a pleasure to deal with.
