Doug Moncrief came out and seemed very knowledgeable about our problem. He gavr great eye contact while relaying information about the issue. I understood him well and knew what to expect. He was friendly too.
Outstanding, professional and all around amazing! From the office to the techs that came out, this company is the go to. Very communicative and gave a run down of everything that needed to be done. They replaced our entire unit in one of the hottest days of the year in an attic that was over 100 degrees. Truly appreciative of these guys! Thanks for everything!
Had a hot weekend without AC. After contacting HomeShield, Myers was dispatched and at our house shortly after 8:00 am on Monday. The technician Darren was already researching the issue before I even arrived home to be on site. He had us up and running again in 30 mins. Very efficient and professional from top to bottom. Thanks Darren for doing a fantastic job! 71 inside is so much more pleasant than 82. You know it’s hot when your chocolate inside the house is melting.
