I was well treated during my very first visit to the clinic. Having suffered a stroke some two weeks earlier, I was concerned about my vision. Although the waiting room was nearly full, I still had a fairly short wait time. An optometrist assistant named Nicole expertly took me through several eye tests including one lengthy, but thorough advanced, eye exam. A huge thank you to Jeff, Dr. McFaden & Dr. McFaden’s techs who are working so hard to prove to my insurance company that I desperately need the eye meds they have denied me after using them for 20 years. I know they are beyond frustrated, but keep working hard to advocate for me! They are THE BEST!!

I had a pretty severe eye infection and they did everything they could to get me seen in a timely manner. Dr. Shin is taking wonderful care of me. I am so thankful for his care and attention to my situation. His staff is also great! Thanks MEP for helping me get my eye better!
