I typically write my reviews for either incredibly poor establishments OR those that go above and beyond.This particular HOTWORX location goes above and beyond to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and professionalism. I used to come here as the guest of a friend who is a member, and I enjoyed this location so much that I am now employed there.Firstly I want to address a few of these negative reviews.
