This place is simply amazing. I love that I can book the sessions from my phone or iPad . Also the workouts change ever so often so you don’t develop muscle memory. I can get an amazing workout in and not be too sore to move after . Since joining I don’t get sick as much and my skin is clearer . Have been a member now for about 4 years. The staff is super friendly and the facility is always clean . Looking for a new gym? Look no further 💪🏾
