we purchased flooring 3 years ago for my parents house and withing six months the vinyl flooring started splitting near the edges and when we contacted them they had us "bring a piece to send back to manufacturing company to test to see it it was faulty" but then told us it was caused from moisture underneath. As much damage as was done the floors would have rotted out had it been from "moisture underneath". On top of everything we ordered flooring that was 100% waterproof and claimed to be "our hardest working vinyl flooring built for the most demanding environments", it's printed right on the side of the box. So after only 3 years it looks horrible and needs replacing but now it's just my 83 year old mom after my dad passed away 2 years back and can't afford to purchase flooring for entire house again. I'm a double amputee and am just waiting on the day I trip on the pieces coming up so I can hire an attorney to sue Shaw manufacturers and Ga Carpet and flooring for the shotty flooring they make and sell.
the staff is always helpful finding me the best deals possible.
These guys are my brothers. Done much business with them. And broken bread with them on many occasions. A group of great guys led a great leader. I would recommend them to anyone.
