We were hesitant about purchasing a house without seeing it. We can honestly say that David Khan made this entire process smooth as silk. From the first day to the last day he has been on the ball. He never left a stone unturned. He gave us his professional opinions and he was on point every time. We recommend him highly. I purchased my first home with David Kahn and we did it all over the phone. It was a great experience. David was always easy to get a hold of by text or call. He answered all my questions. He was so helpful that I trusted him to make the offer w/o even seeing the home. I did not see the home until the day of closing!I felt very comfortable about David’s opinion and coaching regarding what type of home to look for in Prattville. He was right!
