I signed up for the free intro and have been hooked ever since. I run and go to the gym too but love my Pilates class as it gives me a moment of peace while still working out. Jess and Krista are brilliant and the music is always good. I’m new to Pilates and don’t always know the moves or the lingo, but the ladies are really friendly so I’m never afraid to ask. There are different variations of the exercises and you are always encouraged to go at your own pace. My husband told me that Pilates isn’t really a workout out 🙄……. He’s so wrong!
Just completed the Intro Class with Michelle and it was great! A nice way to see what it’s all about before you fully commit. Can’t wait to go to more classes!
The classes are great for working muscles that traditional weight lifting doesn’t work. I’m becoming more flexible and the staff is the sweetest!
