The Montgomery office is poorly managed. We were told a nurse would was to show up one day and nothing. We called and were told, you were rescheduled and someone would be there the next day. We'll guess what, no one showed up. They refuse to take responsibility or hold themselves accountable for their incompetence. The nurses we have seen are very nice and professional. The management has something to be desired. Very unhappy with them.

Had Left over Morphin don't know if they used it on my mom are did they just got rid for safety Medicine wasn't even in Mt mother's room it was in mines if you use them lock your rooms up there crooked

Do NOT use this company!!! You will regret it. They do NOT like emergency night calls and will tell you anything just to keep from coming out. They don't care about the patients and are very rude when you call them after hours. I wish I had read the reviews before using them. It's very sad the lack of care they have for patients they are supposed to provide Home Health Care for.
