After several failed home warranty calls on our old system we finally put our money into something that will pay us back in savings each year. Dowdell Heating and Air were knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. It was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many different companies for quotes this was the only company in which we didn’t walk away just as confused.

The owner Keith Dowdell is the best heating and air guy I have found. He has serviced my system three times. One of those times he replaced an air handler. He tells the truth and doesn't charge you an arm, leg and a spleen. I don't feel that he has ever tried to "milk" me out of more money (very fair) have an Old Republic home warranty and I have had several other AC companies to come out (old unit) and I always have a problem with the others; but with Dowdell Heating and Air, I've never have a problem. And when he leaves I don't feel as though I have been taken advantage.
