She said her manager NEVER comes to work, that she is there all alone all the time. That's sad that a franchise would allow such practices in there business!!?? Amber had customers walk out because they didn't want to wait (?(. There should ALWAYS be at least 2 people on staff at ALL times in a bu such as this. The salon could have been cleaner inside too.
